Air France-KLM's ADSs delisting and deregistration
Air France-KLM informed that it has filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 28, 2008 to effect the delisting of its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") from the New York Stock Exchange.
Air France-KLM's ADR program has become a "Level 1" program and the ADSs are traded in over-the-counter market, "OTCQX" from February 7th. Citibank will continue to act as the Company's Depositary Bank.

Convertible bonds

OCEANE (2009-2015)
In June 2009, Air France-KLM issued 56,016,949 bonds convertible and/or exchangeable into Air France-KLM new or existing shares for a total of €661 million. These bonds have a unit value of €11.80 and the annual coupon is 4.97%. The allocation ratio is one share for one bond. The bonds are reimbursable at par on April 1, 2015.

OCEANE (2005-2020)
On 15 April 2005, Air France issued a €450 million OCEANE bond with a coupon of 2.75% (2005-2020), convertible into Air France-KLM shares. These bonds are listed on Euronext Paris and can be converted at any time, on the basis of one bond for 1.03 Air France-KLM shares at a price of €20.5.
